The Opportunity

We are looking for the right person to work as an office administrative professional. Successful candidate must possess the ability to multi-task, but primary duties include but are not limited to assuring all branch administrative procedures are adhered to in a timely manner. The duties include, daily cash out, month end, receiving product paperwork, answering phones, and other various corporate duties involving daily and monthly requirements.  The ability to multitask and learn new skills is a plus. Ability to work at the front counter and assist in order entry and provide positive customer interaction.

Salary: $ 42,000.00 + based on experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service, hospitality or building supply industry
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player; safe, reliable/dependable and self motivated
• Efficient time management skills
• Able to read, write and speak English
• Intermediate computer skills to enter sales orders and cash transactions in company software
• Ability to attend work on a regular basis and to work extended hours when required
