We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor reporting to the Construction Manager, for our General Contractor’s department. Responsibilities:

• Ability to complete various construction tasks- basic carpentry, drywall, demolition, etc.
• Supervise, schedule and manage subcontractors and production staff as required
• Consult blueprints, designs and client instructions for project plans
• Complete required administrative functions essential to the project(s)
• Ability to lead project and ensure efficiency within project team
• Ability to adapt to a variety of commercial, institutional and multi-residential environments
• Ability to show respect and professionalism in all situations
• Available to work scheduled after hours shifts in order to meet the needs of our clients if needed
• Additional tasks as assigned
• Uphold and promote internal policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Construction projects, as well as company and project policies/procedures

Requirements:

• Construction or carpentry experience
• Understand and interpret blueprints
• Valid class G driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Complete a police background check
• Supply basic personal carpentry tools

Experience:

• Construction: 3 years (required)
• Site Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
