Field Service Technician / Mechanic

Company Overview: 

We are a Canadian-owned industrial pump repair company located in Cambridge, Ontario. With over 22 years of service excellence and a 15,000 square foot facility, we are equipped to repair and service all makes and models of pumps and fluid handling systems. Our full-service repair facility includes all necessary equipment to perform a complete pump refurbishment, with little to no outsourcing and with full control of the timing and quality of the repair.

Roles/Responsibilities: 

• Removing and installing pumps and rotating equipment (on the field)
• Dismantling and reassembling pumps and rotating equipment (in shop)
• Assisting in pump start-up, testing, troubleshooting and laser alignment while on field service
• Rigging heavy equipment

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Industrial Millwright Mechanic Certificate is an asset
• 3/4 Year Apprentices will be considered
• Experience in Vibration Analysis is an asset
• Welding experience is an asset
• Ability to lift and handle up to 23kg (50 lbs)
